Antique Dutch Rose Cut Diamond Ring w/ Enamel 14ct Yellow Gold

Many say that the eyes are the window to ones soul, well, I say that rose cut diamonds are the window into the heart.

To me, a rose cut diamond is the epitome of romance. They have a subtle, yet immediately commanding, presence that is nearly impossible to ignore. You can see the entirety of the rainbow in their facets without trying to capture "the perfect" light. Plus you get the visual impact and size of larger stones without the height (which is particularly good if you're quite active, harsh, or clumsy while wearing jewellery).

There is something truly magical about a Dutch diamond, particularly when there is remaining enamel still intact adorning the diamonds surround. This Ducth Rose Cut diamond solitaire is one of the best. It’s incredibly comfortable, balanced in weight, and just catches alllllll of the light to give you a lovely show.

The diamond has a 1ct spread and is set into 14ct yellow gold and is a sizable USsz. 7. The whole ring weighs 2.91 grams and has its original enamel. This ring is age worn with its enamel missing in some places, but that’s why we love these old rings, eh?
