Antique TCR/CRT Monogram Brooch Conversion w/ Single Cut Diamonds
This sweet brooch is a combination of the letters C, R, and T. There's evidence on the back that indicates it may have been a stick pin before it became a brooch. This was not an uncommon practice in the past as a way to breathe new life into old family pieces. You'll often find that many antique pieces are converted today, much in the same vein, of modernizing to accomodate the way in which jewels are worn now. The diamonds are set into silver atop 14ct yellow gold.
