Antique Victorian Locket w/ Opal, Rose Cut Diamonds, and Enamel

This beautiful locket has everything you're looking for to liven uo your collection while still holding true to the romance of lockets holding those dearest near. Featuring a striking, bold, and large opal (that measures 13.25mm x 8.35mm) that's held within a border of 18ct yellow gold and 22 rose cut diamonds. The blue enamel does show evidence of past damage and repair but is something you could enjoy as is or have redone to suit your tastes. The interior still features one original photo pane, but does retain both fitting pieces so having a second plastic or glass panel cut would be quite easy. This locket opens with slight pressure and closes securly with a satisfying snap.
